Lately, I’ve been feeling so grateful for my team.

Today, we are having our LONG overdue team meeting. We are trying this new thing of quarterly meetings, & to be honest; I miss everyone SO much, that we are definitely going back to monthly meetings okayyyy.

We are celebrating one of our girls, Olivia, with a baby shower and just seeing everyone love on her and her baby just brings a smile to my face. There is nothing better than seeing your team get together to celebrate one another.

This isn’t something I always take the time to stop and think about—but it’s truly such a blessing to be able to take a step back and say, "Wow. THIS is why I do what I do and why Hairitage House exists." It's because of the people you work with that brings everyone together to inspire, be creative, and be the reason why everyone enjoys stepping foot in the salon, because the environment of this place is just...different, in the most perfect way.
